Prairie Lakes Healthcare System is currently looking to add an Otolaryngologist to the active medical staff in Watertown, South Dakota. He/She will be an independent physician, supported by a healthy income guarantee. Call will be 1:2.

The compensation package is very flexible and can be tailored to the individual physician depending on his/her financial needs. Regardless of the type of financial arrangements, Prairie Lakes Healthcare System is competitive with similar size markets and with MGMA figures.

  • Prairie Lakes Cancer Center (expanded this fall to accommodate growth, provides both hematology/ oncology and radiation oncology, newly installed tomotherapy unit)
  • Newly expanded surgical services area (23 same day surgery bays and 5 spacious operating rooms)
  • Medical Office Building (currently is leased to one of the primary care clinics in town and a specialty physician)
  • Caring Club House (guest housing to patients, outpatients, and family members of patients receiving care at Prairie Lakes Healthcare System)
  • Mallard Pointe Surgical Center (a free-standing day surgery center)
