Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is recruiting 2 Orthopedic Surgeons for a hospital employed practice.  The office is conveniently located on the first floor of the Medical Office Pavilion, attached to the hospital.  The Health Center just completed construction of its second medical office pavilion.  This 40,000 square foot $8.4 million dollar facility expands the physical therapy department and links together the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Department.    

• Base Salary of $600,000
• Signing Bonus of $150,000
• Incentive Compensation package based upon individual Work RVU production
• All overhead paid by the hospital
• Due to compensation structure not at risk for payer mix
• Relocation Package of up-to $15,000.00 for reimbursable items
