NES Government Services is seeking Board Certified physicians in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine and Family Practice to work as Medical Officer of the Day during nights and weekends at the Togus VA Medical Center.  Duties include handling admissions, seeing acute inpatient problems, seeing walk in patients in the ER, and supervising the physician extenders.

Physicians work as independent contractors with paid malpractice insurance.  Shifts are weeknights, 5:30pm to 8:00am and weekends, 24 hour coverage.  There is an on call room where physician can rest during non-busy hours.
