Which practice options suites you? The practice/hospital is offering 3 options to choose from so that you can choose what best fits your practice style.
OPTION 1 – Independent Solo Practice with a competitive net income guarantee. Build the practice the way you want, but use the hospital as a resource. You can contract with them for leasing office space or support services as needed.
OPTION 2 – Join a cardiology practice with 1 year to partnership. Competitive guarantee first year. This cardiology practice of over 20 years in the area is overbooked performing all aspects of cardiology including diagnostic cardiac caths and peripheral vascular. This practice is eager to add another cardiologist to its staff and as a partner.
OPTION 3 - Employed with the hospital- A competitive guaranteed salary plus uncapped production. This hospital has experience employing physicians – it started doing so in 1993 and now employs over 70 physicians. Retirement, health, dental, vision, paid malpractice insurance with built in tail coverage, life, disability, professional dues, CME, relocation– it’s all covered.
