Coastal Ear, Nose and Throat is a successful private practice with an excellent reputation in the Monmouth and Ocean counties and is associated with the Jersey Shore University Medical Center, a university teaching affiliate of the UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine, K, and Hovnanian Children's Hospital at JSUMC that provides the areas most comprehensive and advanced pediatric services.
The call schedule is currently every other week and will change to1:3 with the new physician. The pediatric otolaryngologist will build to 100% pediatrics but will initially participate in the general otolaryngology call at JSUMC. Candidates will complete a recognized otolaryngology residency program and a pediatric otolaryngology fellowship with expected completion in 2007, board eligible or board certified in otolaryngology. The physician will be an employee of the practice. There will be a 2 year agreement with eligibility for ownership with approval of two shareholders upon the completion of the 2 year agreement. Compensation and benefits are competitive.
