Our growing healthcare community located in Harford MD, situated between Philadelphia and Baltimore, is recruiting a Pediatric Hospitalist Director to join our staff at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center (UCMC) in Bel Air, Maryland, minutes north of Baltimore.

The position:
- Generous compensation for the number of shifts worked, plus malpractice and night differential
- Director stipend package (including benefits) for administrative responsibilities
- We are seeking blend of clinical shifts and administrative responsibilities
- Schedule includes 12 hour day shifts (7a-7p) and 12 hour night shifts (7p-7a)
- Pediatric hospitalists attend deliveries
- Nursery is level 2 and high risk deliveries are done elsewhere (no neonataologist on staff)
- Sick babies are transported out
- Friendly, team-oriented environment with an excellent patient population
