• Comprehensive, general PM&R practice with management of axial skeletal injury.
• Miller Dwan Medical Center Rehabilitation, part of the SMDC medical campus, features a 38-bed inpatient unit, CARF accredited in: Comprehensive inpatient level II, SCI, TBI, Pediatric Family Centered.
• St. Mary’s Medical Center is a 380 bed tertiary care, Level II Trauma Center, with an outstanding Neuro intensive care unit, developing CVA Program and a strong commitment to persons with neurologic illness and injury.  In addition it is recognized as a top 100 Orthopedic Hospital.
• Outpatient therapy provided by therapists who sub-specialize in neuro, pediatric and musculoskeletal pain formats.
• Practice is generally 70% outpatient, 30% inpatient
• Access to a large fitness center with a work hardening program.                              
• We enjoy excellent working relationships with a full continuum of neuro musculoskeletal of specialists including: Neurosurgery, Neurology, Trauma/Critical Care, Orthopedic Surgery, Interventional Neuro-radiology, Interventional Pain and Internal Medicine and all medicine subspecialties.
