Seeking FP or IM physician for family and geriatric medicine opportunity in Missoula, Montana, in the heart of the Rockies. Full- or part-time (0.75 FTE) available. Position will allow the right physician to combine the wealth of family practice skill needed in the clinic setting with the geriatric emphasis needed in three nursing homes with special units. Will also have supervisory role with two midlevel providers and need to interact successfully with other staff in the clinic and nursing homes.

Partnership with outstanding hospitalist team at St. Patrick Hospital & Health Sciences Center means no inpatient responsibilities, and in turn this position follows up with hospitalists' patients when they need follow-up after being discharged. Call is shared with midlevels and will be shared with other geriatric physicians as they are hired.
