Hospitalist - Salt Lake City, UT - Salt Lake Regional has outsourced its Hospitalist program for the past 3-years. It intends on bringing the practice under its employment and management. The HOSP average daily census is approximately 12 on the medical floor and 15 in the LTAC. Candidates should be BC/BE in IM. HOSP should feel comfortable working in the ICU; there is PUL/CC back-up. Salt Lake Regional Medical Center is associated with FP residency program at the Univ of UT, so there will be teaching/rounding opportunities with these residents. Seeking 2-3 well-trained physicians to round out the programs.
