We are seeking a physician to provide service to 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities and be based out of our downtown Sacramento clinic, where you would hold a 1/2 day/week clinic as well. SNF coverage would be shared with one of our department PA's, and clinic hours would be focused on memory disorders and providing geriatric consults. Our providers in Geriatrics are also involved with Chronic Care Case Management. This position offers excellent potential for medical directorship and opportunities for clinical research. Telephone call would be ~1:10 and hospitalists are available 24/7. In addition, all of our outpatient medical offices are equipped with a full Electronic Medical Records system.
