BJCMC, in a collaborative effort between the Hospital Board, Medical Staff and Administration, invests heavily in new technology and skilled personnel.

But we are more, way more, than any inventory of equipment can suggest. We are over 400 dedicated healthcare professionals who daily work and live by the motto, “Do unto others…” Our care and concern for every patient, for every family member, for our community as a whole, makes us uniquely capable of providing an unprecedented level of care to our constituents. Where We Are

Banks and Jackson Counties straddle the I-85 corridor in northeast Georgia. A predominantly rural area, we have over 900 working farms in Jackson County alone. Stores, businesses, manufacturing plants and distribution centers give us a broad commercial base that defies economic downturns. The two counties and the cities of Commerce, Jefferson, Maysville and Homer are investing heavily in schools and infrastructure, and our reasonable proximity to Atlanta and Athens, with the University of Georgia, gives us access to cultural events and conveniences more remote areas must do without.
