Baptist Health in conjunction with Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic, PA (LRDC) is actively recruiting pulmonary/critical care physicians. We currently have four pulmonologists and our current business would easily support 6 pulmonary physicians, which offers a unique opportunity. Our pulmonary physicians for the past two years have averaged direct compensation packages that are approximately $300,000. In addition to the above average financial package we provide leadership and support to all physicians at LRDC so that the physicians only concern is patient care and not claims, finances, personnel, legal compliance or technology. As part of our benefits we provide insurance such as malpractice liability, general liability, disability with own occupation definition, BCBS health insurance, and life insurance.

We have had extraordinary success recently recruiting new physician talent to LRDC. This success has allowed us to grow to 46 total providers. LRDC has also added CT, MRI, infusion therapy, PT and numerous lab tests to our comprehensive CLIA certified laboratory. This is all in addition to the standard services that LRDC has provided for over forty years.

LRDC is 100% physician owned and managed. The physicians also own the equipment and facilities. Every physician has total control of his or her schedule and practice. All of our physicians perform at the highest of benchmarks financially due to our economies of scale, aggressive management and comprehensive ancillary services.

Voted the "Best Place to Have a Baby" for the third year in a row, BHMC-Little Rock Women's Center has expanded and renovated the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to serve premature infants and their families even better!

BHMC-Little Rock opened its Outpatient Center expansion in November of 1998. This 123,000 square-foot facility located on the southern side of the Little Rock Campus, houses the BAPTIST HEALTH Breast Center, BAPTIST HEALTH Heart Center, CARTI and several physician offices.

BAPTIST HEALTH MedFlight is a state-of-the-art air ambulance service that covers the state and the only air ambulance service to make flights where a helicopter pad is not available. This gives MedFlight the ability to serve critically injured patients throughout the state.
