Rich Cornell
Rich has been in the healthcare consulting industry for the past 16 years, focusing exclusively on the recruitment and retention of physicians. He has been instrumental in the growth and development of programs to recruit key physicians for companies such as Dianon, UroCore, Ameripath, and Quest Diagnostics.
As a nationally recognized speaker, Rich has spoken on topics ranging from physician recruitment and retention, recruiting firm management, and physician compensation. He has published numerous articles on recruiting and co-authored and published, "The Opportunity Search Guide," which is a useful guide and workbook for physicians entering the job market. Rich formerly sat on the board of directors of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) and is the only two-time recipient of the Association's President’s Award, which honors his dedication and devotion to the profession. In 2002-2003 Rich was the Association's president.
Rich attended the State University of New York where he earned his bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Management. He is originally from western New York and currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri.
